Server Hardware/Software Specifications

Server Hardware/OS Platform Support

• Intel/Windows 2000 and above
  

• Linux 2.6 Core and above
  

• Any other Java 1.5 supported platforms should be suitable, but have not been tested by Intellectual Dimensions
  

Agent Hardware/OS Platform Support

• Microsoft Windows 2000 and above with .Net 1.1 and above support
  

• Other Java 1.5 supported platforms (such as Linux) can be supported by special arrangement with Intellectual Dimensions, but would have limited Intellectual Dimensions Plugin support.
  

Application Server Support

• Apache Tomcat 5.0 and above
  

• IBM WebSphere 5.0 and above
  

• Any other J2EE-compliant Java 1.5 compatible application server should be suitable, but have not been tested by Intellectual Dimensions
  

• Database Support
  

• MySql 5.0 and above
  

• Microsoft SQL Server 2000 and above
  

• Any other JDBC-compliant database should be suitable, but have not been tested by Intellectual Dimensions.
  

Browsers

• Microsoft Internet Explorer V5.0 and above
  

• Any other JavaScript-enabled browser such as Netscape or Firefox should be suitable, but have not been tested by Intellectual Dimensions.
